Description :The opportunity As IT Innovation Lead for Manufacturing & Quality take responsibility on identifying opportunities and innovative solutions related to manufacturing and quality area. Define the scope of delivery in collaboration with the stakeholders, coordinate with the relevant IT and business teams. Ensure the delivery of the agreed scope within approved budget. How you’ll make an impact Managing of innovation capability focused on for Manufacturing and Quality. Development, support, maintenance and deploy of AI-Driven Digital Quality Control platform. Leading team of experts working on manufacturing, quality and software area. Performing as a Technology Evangelist by demonstrating technical possibilities to business units and identifying opportunities to provide business value by leveraging new technologies. Driving technical discussion between business and technical colleagues. Identifying how technology can be used to solve a given business problem. Coordinating work with other teams and vendors to address demands. Creating a business and technical concept of the solution, PoC, technical analysis and supporting the estimation process. Includes visiting factories and other office locations. Proposing how solutions would scale for the future and how they should be maintained. Your background min. 8+ years of experience overal in IT area 3+ years of experience within IT relevant domains Education or experience in a given area as per role requirements Working in manufacturing environment is a plus Good understanding IT and OT convergence in manufacturing area Good communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good analytical skills to understand and ability to gather requirements.
