You'll navigate complex facility challenges, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure our data centers operate with precision and reliability. From monitoring critical systems to managing project timelines, every moment will be an opportunity to make a significant impact.About the teamWe are a collaborative group of technical experts dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of infrastructure performance. Our team is committed to innovation, continuous improvement, and supporting the technological backbone that powers global digital experiences.Basic QualificationsExperience in people management and team developmentExperience in engineering work, managing large‑scale servicesExperience operating a mission‑critical team or productKnowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations including systems such as feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, chillers, pumps, air handling units, and CRAC unitsSpeak, write, and read fluently in EnglishPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldExperience working in data centers with an emphasis on building and equipment operationAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
