The ideal candidate has solid experience designing, implementing, and validating advanced digital signal processing algorithms, from simulation to FPGA-based implementation, and is eager to contribute to the development of next-generation space technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including telecom, electronics, and software engineersAnalyze system requirements and translate them into subsystem-level specifications and architectureDesign and optimize DSP algorithms in MATLAB for FPGA implementationDevelop and optimize C/C++ DSP algorithms for embedded systemsPort DSP solutions onto FPGA devices using VHDL/VERILOGValidate DSP implementations and assess their performance both in lab environments and on high TRL productsDefine and execute testing activities, including test plan/procedure preparation and test equipment setupManage and maintain technical documentation (Design Descriptions, Interface Control Documents, Verification Control Documents, Test Plans, etc.)Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.)Preferred Skills (a plus)Understanding of FPGA design flows and HLS toolsExposure to SDR platforms (USRP, GNU Radio, etc.)Knowledge of physical layer processing techniques (FFT, filtering, modulation, etc.)Bachelor’s degree preferably in Telecommunications Engineering , Electronics Engineering , or other STEM disciplines , with 1–2 years of relevant experienceEnglish proficiency at B2 levelBenefitPermanent contract under the CCNL MetalmeccanicaHealth insurance coverageCompany canteen2 remote working days/weekEarly Friday leave on the second Friday of each month, starting from 1:00 PM#J-18808-Ljbffr
