You’ll play a key role in supporting invoicing processes, maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012, and ensuring impartiality and traceability in inspection activities.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate QA/QC and engineering personnel for site and office-based projects.Source and prepare candidates for client interviews and assignments.Liaise with clients on candidate proposals, selection, and placement.Ensure timely submission of documentation for invoicing (timesheets, purchase orders).Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients through regular communication.Monitor candidate performance and provide feedback to management.Support internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with Fulkrum’s quality procedures and ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standards.What We’re Looking ForSolid experience in onshore and offshore oil & gas projects.Strong experience in inspection coordinationStrong knowledge of QA/QC processes and ISO standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and report management.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset.All personnel are briefed on Fulkrum’s Health & Safety policies during onboarding.
