Position Overview Concentrix Italy is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue growth within the general market, with a focus on the Energy sector, which will be a plus. The candidate should exhibit strategic leadership, innovative sales planning, and effective execution to meet business objectives, with experience in the BPO SectorKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets in the general market.Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.Monitor market trends to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage.Craft and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their specific requirements.Evaluate performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.Required Skills and QualificationsProven track record in sales management, preferably within the Energy sector.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in data analysis and CRM software.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Advanced English proficiency (B2 level).Desired ExperienceMinimum of 5 years in sales management, in BPOProven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.Working Conditions Full-time position with a hybrid work environment.Permanent Role - CCNL TelecomunicazioniCompetitive Salary + Meal Ticket and Annual BonusLocation VimercateTravel required to meet clients across Italy.Concentrix is an equal opportunity employer, evaluating qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other legally protected characteristic.#J-18808-Ljbffr
