Our client is an Italian company that is part of an international group specializing in natural health products.Full-time permanent position (CDI)Financial Management & LeadershipSupervise and lead the accounting and finance team (general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury).Ensure the reliability and production of financial statements in compliance with legal standards (Italian GAAP, and conversion to the Group's French GAAP) and deadlines.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, as well as the preparation of financial statements and reports.Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and management reporting.Contribute to the definition and monitoring of financial KPIs.Coordinate with the accounting firm and local auditors for annual statutory closing.Accounting, Taxation & ComplianceSupervise and control all accounting operations (general, analytical, intercompany).Ensure proper application of accounting and tax standards.Manage the preparation and monitoring of tax and social declarations specific to Italy and the company's activities (IVA, IRAP, IRES, electronic invoicing, etc.).Prepare files for statutory auditors, accountants, and regulatory bodies.Lead the implementation and compliance of electronic invoicing processes.Treasury & Financial Flow ManagementManage daily cash flow and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor interbank movements.Optimize cash flow management, collections, and payments.Ensure
