#Lean #AnalisiDati #MappaturaProcessi #Inglese #KPI #ProblemSolving #Leadership #ComunicazioneLink HR Professional Solutions ricerca per azienda multinazionale manifatturiera, operante nel settore elettromeccanico, un profilo professionale da inserire dell’area Operations per potenziamentoCONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER | LEANResponsabilità: Effettuare un’analisi dettagliata dei flussi operativi aziendali per scoprire inefficienze, punti critici e aree di miglioramento; Ideare, organizzare, dirigere e monitorare l’attuazione di progetti di miglioramento continuo, collaborando con team trasversali e incentivando interventi tangibili; Gestire iniziative di ottimizzazione coinvolgendo le varie funzioni interne all’azienda; Applicare tecniche e strumenti Lean (come 5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED) per perfezionare i processi produttivi e operativi; Verificare costantemente e incrementare gli standard di qualità, produttività e soddisfazione del cliente; Definire, tracciare e valutare metriche specifiche per misurare l’efficacia delle azioni di miglioramento intraprese.Requisiti: Titolo di studio: Laurea in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Meccanica, Elettronica o titolo equivalente); Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni in un ruolo analogo, maturata incontesti industriali e produttivi ; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Conoscenza delle metodologieLean e Six Sigma(il possesso della certificazione Green o Black Belt costituisce un plus), degli strumenti statistici e delle tecniche di problem solving; Competenze nell’analisi dei dati, nella mappatura dei processi e nella gestione delle performance.Completano il profilo: leadership, comunicazione efficace, capacità di facilitare il cambiamento.Sede di lavoro : Limitrofi Montecchio Maggiore (VI)Link HR Professional Solutionsè specializzata nellaRicerca e Selezione del Personale nel segmento dei profili professionali altamente qualificati, nel Middle e Top Management .
