Il Gruppo conta oggi oltre 2500 collaboratori e diverse sedi in Italia, Svizzera, UK, Germania, Francia, Belgio, Stati Uniti ed India.Nell’ottica di un potenziamento dell’organico, il Gruppo è alla ricerca di un profilo:Data ScientistLa risorsa entrerà a far parte di un team dinamico nel settore Insurance, con l’obiettivo di analizzare, progettare e implementare tecnologie AI emergenti (LLM, RAG, architetture agentiche), contribuendo attivamente allo sviluppo di soluzioni innovative.Responsabilità principali :Progettare e implementare architetture di Agentic AI, con approccio sia open source sia enterprise Sviluppare rapidamente prototipi e Proof of Concept, validando idee in contesti complessi Contribuire alla sperimentazione e prototipazione rapida di soluzioni di AI Generativa Collaborare con il team per l’adozione di tecnologie emergenti in ambito Insurance Competenze richieste :Esperienza con modelli di Intelligenza Artificiale Generativa (LLM) Conoscenza delle architetture RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) Esperienza in ambito IDP (OCR, Computer Vision, ecc.) Solida base di Machine Learning Ottima padronanza di Python Familiarità con ambienti cloud e/o infrastrutture on-premise per modelli AI Conoscenza di framework per la costruzione di Agentic AI Assistant (es. LangChain, LangFlow, CrewAI, ecc.) Conoscenza di database vettoriali, relazionali e non relazionali (SQL, NoSQL) Nice to haveEsperienza nella valutazione delle performance dei modelli LLM (latenza, costi, accuratezza delle risposte, ecc.)
