Marketing Customer Support Agent –Italian SpeakerLocation: Lisbon, Portugal | On-siteEmployment Type: Full-timeLanguages: Italian+ EnglishMonthly salary: 1200 Euro grossRole OverviewWe are looking for an Italian -speaking Marketing Customer Support Agent to support advertisers on a digital advertising platform. This role focuses on paid campaign support, digital marketing assistance, and advertiser experience , requiring strong marketing knowledge and customer service skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport advertisers with paid campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshootingProvide guidance on campaign performance and platform toolsDeliver high-quality customer service to marketing clientsAssist clients via phone, email, or chatMaintain accurate documentation in internal systemsScheduleInitial schedule (12-hour window):Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00Shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 19:002 rotational days offRequirementsFluent Italian and EnglishExperience in paid campaign management (mandatory)Degree in Marketing or a related fieldProven experience in Digital MarketingPrevious experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Technology companyStrong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentalsCustomer-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team#J-18808-Ljbffr
