Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for an Event Producer Freelance. In this role, you will support the team in the management of international events. Take part in creative briefings and contribute to project proposals Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to ensure timely and on-budget project execution Searching for suppliers (set-up, audio/video/lighting techniques, small and large format printing, staff, catering gadgets, services, location); Manage suppliers, oversee deliveries, and ensure quality and on-time execution Coordinate all phases of event and installation production Identify effective technical solutions for project delivery Recognize possible risks and plan ahead to handle them effectively On-site presence during set-up, event and dismantling; Operations management during events; From 4 to 6 years of proven experience as Event Producer or similar role; Proficient in English, both in speaking and writing; Solid knowledge of event budgeting and cost control; Managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
