The company serves major automotive manufacturers worldwide and operates in multiple business areas including automotive lighting and sensing, thermal solutions, electronics, green technology solutions, interior experience, propulsion solutions, ride dynamics, motorsport, and aftermarket.Joining Marelli Electronics means being part of a global, fast-evolving team that values potential, growth, and innovation.Your Responsibilities Guarantee the required performance level of the Production Programs in terms of safety, quality, delivery and costs, in collaboration with all plant structures.Be responsible for MMS application in the Shop.Know and apply manufacturing standards, Genba Kanri (shop floor management) and continuous improvement tools; foster purposefulness and motivation.Support Supervisors in interactions with other functions to improve standards and expand solutions and preventive countermeasures.Provide feedback to Plant Management to guarantee continuous improvement of standards.Know, apply and manage indicators regarding safety and health at work.Know procedures to cope with environmental emergencies.Contribute to the definition of the Plant and Shop budget.Know and apply saturation rules of production equipment.Be responsible for the quality of parts produced in the Shop and manage quality control by taking responsibility for results.Know and apply effective delegation mechanisms.Collaborate with the Logistics Department for Production Levelling optimization and packaging harmonization.Know transformation costs in each production phase and monitor deviations.What Qualifications You Will Bring Knowledge of Safety and Environmental norms and procedures:Knowledge of environmental management procedures/manuals and related archiving and updating.Knowledge of safety policies, general procedures, operating procedures and forms/records.Knowledge of proper interventions regarding safety at work or significant risks.Knowledge Of Performance Indicators:Ability to critically read scorecard indicators for productivity and quality control.Ability to critically read indicators related to costs (materials, maintenance, indirect costs, scrap, etc.).Knowledge Of Products And Processes:Advanced knowledge of all processes related to the Shop.Knowledge of technical and manufacturing standards.Advanced knowledge of products related to the Shop and their final destinations.Knowledge of all production phases and tools used in the Shop.Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods related to the Shop.Education University degree or similar is a plus.Other Skills That We Would Welcome Ability to enter and resolve conflictual situations.Strong problem solving skills (containment & counter-measures).High willingness to make and drive decisions.Ability to translate business needs into strategic actions.Good planning and analytical skills.Dynamic and continuously looking for improvements.Communication, influencing, negotiating and assertiveness.What Does This Position Offer You Fast-paced yet supportive and high-performing international team with an ambition to transform the future of mobility.Onboarding and training to accelerate integration with Marelli’s speed.A hybrid work model for better work-life balance.Career Path Growth.Take The Next Step Together, we will drive the world towards a safer, greener, and better-connected future.
