Grazie alla sua esperienza decennale, Olon offre soluzioni all’avanguardia per i suoi clienti nel campo della salute, della chimica e delle scienze della vita.Per il nostro sito di Rodano, siamo alla ricerca di un Process Improvement Specialist che risponderà direttamente al Process Improvement & New Product Introduction Manager del cluster Operations CDMO.La risorsa avrà l’opportunità di entrare in un team dinamico e di contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi, mantenendo elevati standard di qualità e competitività.ResponsibilitiesGarantire il costante controllo delle performance dei processi produttivi, monitorando resa e qualità, e identificando tempestivamente le azioni correttive necessarie.Agire come promotore e coordinatore delle attività di miglioramento dei processi, coinvolgendo tutte le funzioni aziendali necessarie (R&D, QA, QC, HSE, Ingegneria, RA), assicurando il conseguimento degli obiettivi produttivi e qualitativi prefissati.Comprendere e comunicare l’impatto delle modifiche proposte a tutti i livelli (regolatori, qualità, sicurezza, finanziari).Partecipare alle investigazioni delle deviazioni e delle fuori specifica, individuando le principali Root cause e definendo le appropriate azioni correttive.Assistere e partecipare alla valutazione di fattibilità tecnica dei potenziali nuovi progetti, cooperando con le funzioni di quoting per la accurate stesura delle proposal.Collaborare con la funzione di Industrializzazione Corporate per garantire il completamento efficace e puntuale dello scale up dei nuovi progetti e delle attività di tech
