Principal Product Mgr -Tech , Omnichannel Marketplace Job ID: | Amazon.com Services LLC Core Responsibilities Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for key ad products, leveraging customer feedback, data, and market trends. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with engineering, science, design, legal, and executive teams to deliver products. Technical Expertise: Translate business goals into technical requirements, influencing engineering discussions and understanding complex systems. Innovation: Drive new features, especially in emerging areas like Generative AI for campaign creation or Audio Ads, and improve core infrastructure. Execution: Own feature delivery, manage tradeoffs, and ensure seamless launch and scaling. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
