Diversity is fundamental to our culture and we invite you to be part of this diversity.RequirementsAbout youEducation & Experience: Technical degree or diploma, with proven experience in training operations or personnel certification.Knowledge: Strong understanding of certification processes and course logistics; familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office 365.Languages: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (minimum B2 level).Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required.Core CompetenciesExceptional accuracy and attention to detailEmpathy and strong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentGoal-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving skillsAdaptability and eagerness to learnNice to HaveExperience working in accredited environments (ISO/IEC 17024)Basic knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations and Italian Legislative Decree 81/08Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV.
