Publicis Worldwide is a global creative.OverviewWe’re looking for a hands‑on Content Creator who loves travel storytelling and knows how to transform raw footage into scroll‑stopping content. You’ll work from material provided by the client — turning clips, images, and moments into high‑impact social pieces, supported by strong captions, smart editorial planning, and creative thinking.This role requires someone who understands culture, timing, and trends, someone who can spot a reactive moment and produce content fast — editing on mobile or desktop with equal ease. You’ll work closely with a Content Specialist, Art Director, and Copywriter as a creative unit, owning both execution and conceptual thinking.ResponsibilitiesEdit and produce short‑form social content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Stories, etc.) using client‑provided footage.Help develop editorial plans and content calendars based on client briefs and brand priorities.Write engaging, concise, high‑impact captions aligned with tone, voice, and storytelling.Identify trends, cultural moments, seasonal hooks, and viral formats to inspire content ideas.Produce reactive social content quickly, submitting real‑time proposals and edits to the client.Experiment with new formats, transitions, templates, and pacing styles to elevate output.Collaborate closely with Content Specialist, Art Director, and Copywriter in a creative squad.Ensure all content reflects the brand’s values, visual identity, goals, and messaging.QualificationsA creator with 2–4+ years experience in content creation, social video editing, or digital storytelling (agency or travel brand experience preferred).Strong storytelling mindset: you know how to turn a moment into a narrative.Fluent in editing tools — both mobile apps (CapCut, VN, Splice, InShot) and desktop software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).Comfortable working with fast turnarounds and reactive timelines.Passionate about travel, culture, visual exploration, and new digital languages.Aware of platform behaviors, formats, and algorithm nuances across TikTok, IG, YouTube.Strong copywriting instinct for captions, hooks, and storytelling tone.Curious, proactive, collaborative — and ready to experiment.Why This is ExcitingYou’ll turn real travel footage into stories people want to save, share, and dream about.You’ll be part of a creative team, not a production machine.
