In this role you empower MSPs to build, run, and scale Splunk-based managed services. You will champion technical and operational excellence across MSP architectures and focus on observability offerings to drive partner-led growth. By co-developing solutions that combine ITSI with Observability or AppDynamics, you help partners deliver value at scale. You will lead enablement initiatives and cultivate a regional technical community to support long-term partner success.

Responsabilità Lead MSP onboarding including architecture validation, infrastructure readiness, and operating model design
Review and optimize single-tenant and multi-tenant Splunk architectures across on-premises and cloud
Develop observability-focused MSP offerings using ITSI with Splunk Observability or AppDynamics
Advise on cost-optimized architectures to facilitate packaging and automation of MSP services
Coordinate with Splunk Professional Services for architectural and operational assessments
Build a regional technical community through roundtables and knowledge-sharing sessions
Deliver targeted enablement to close MSP capability gaps and raise engineering maturity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Splunk and Cisco architectures and go-to-market motions
Requisiti fondamentali 5+ years working with or for MSPs in a technical capacity (pre-sales, solution architecture, partner enablement, or delivery)
Experience deploying Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise
Experience implementing Splunk ITSI and Splunk Observability or AppDynamics
Experience delivering MSP operations including onboarding and architecture validation
excellent presentation skills
ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
strong relationship-building with external partners and internal teams
