JOB DESCRIPTIONServing as an expert about the structural heart therapy and medical devices for the organization.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESExecutes activities to meet annual sales, profit, and budgetary goalsMaintains customer and physician relationshipsAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsAnalyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reportsSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activitiesImplements field based physician and staff training programsFacilitates communication among the relevant functions at the investigational site (e.interventionalists, echocardiologists) for procedure scheduling and successful clinical outcomes with structural heart medical deviceProvides technical support to clinicians for the procedures with the structural heart medical deviceCalls on referring physicians to present structural heart technology and the study data;Acts in compliance with applicable procedures and policies;EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experienceExperience in Medical DevicesHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in salesExcellent selling, negotiation and communication skillsPrioritizing, time management and organizational skillsGood knowledge of English (listening and writing)Clinical orientation; Presentation Skills; Performance Management; Building Relationship; Ethical Conduct; Results Driven.Geographical scope: Calabria and CampaniaN/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.JOB FAMILY: Sales Force DIVISION: AVD Vascular LOCATION: Italy > Rome : Via Giorgio Ribotta 9 ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS: WORK SHIFT: Standard TRAVEL: Yes, 75 % of the Time MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE: Not Applicable SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES: Not Applicable#J-18808-Ljbffr
