Main EventOwn your product: from idea to launch and beyond, ensuring it meets business goals and delivers value. Lead your team: set clear goals, success metrics, and a roadmap aligned with Huspy’s mission. Collaborate closely: work daily with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams to bring your product vision to life. Drive results: use data, market research, and company strategy to prioritize impactful initiatives that drive growth. Be a problem solver: tackle new challenges across various domains to keep improving our product and processes.Perfect Match2+ years of experience at a high‑growth tech company or in finance‑related fields (proptech, payments, crypto, insurance, etc.) 2+ years of proven success leading consumer‑facing products 1+ year managing cross‑functional teams (Product Owners at Huspy directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A strong eye for UX/UI and understanding of design best practices Comfortable discussing deep technical topics with engineering teams and platform users, even though you don’t code Strong analytical skills with a solid business sense to prioritize tasks based on impact and return on investment (ROI) Experience driving product vision and clearly communicating with leadership, customers, and partners A hands‑on attitude: you take initiative and are ready to tackle major projects directly. Ability to deliver results in ambiguous situations and thrive in a fast‑paced environmentWork Setup Hybrid in Dubai or Madrid, remote anywhere in the EU.
