As the Business Development Manager, your role will be pivotal in expanding our brand presence and strategic business partnerships in the region. This is a varied and challenging role where you will be working within a multi-cultural environment, able to input, collaborate with different global teams within the group as well as external stakeholders. Research and identify new business opportunities across the Southern Europe, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services. Strategically establish relationships & cultivate opportunities with business partners and develop strategic partnerships alliances that bring onboard new location(s) that are aligned with the Business Development strategy. Manage the tender preparation, write-up and delivery of proposals through professional presentations and closing business deals by complying with requirements and upholding Plaza Premium Group highest quality standards. Driving revenue growth and ensure strong performance against business targets to inform strategic decision-making. Responsible for the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations for new business opportunities, specifically in relation to the expansion of the PPG 3rd Party Lounge network. Partner with local, regional & global teams to review and oversee the development of proposals on opportunities in various business verticals.
