TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a full-time Member Advisor to join our team at Parma Branch location.
If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day, we’d love to meet you. As a Member Advisor, you’ll help members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and create a positive experience.
Pay & Benefits

Schedule
Up to 40 hours per week, including Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 8:00 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m., 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Open and maintain deposit accounts
- Assist members with consumer loan applications
- Recommend products and services that support members’ financial goals
