L'azienda è specializzata nella progettazione, produzione e assistenza di dispositivi per il trattamento del cancro e di disturbi cerebrali.Eseguire autonomamente la manutenzione programmata e correttiva, segnalando eventuali problemi quando necessario;Risolvere e riparare problemi elettrici, elettronici e meccanici complessi, comprese le regolazioni del fascio di radiazioni;Utilizzare strumenti remoti come IntelliMax e QlikSense per monitorare e diagnosticare i problemi del sistema;Completare installazioni, aggiornamenti, visite di cortesia e assistenza remota/telefonica;Documentare e segnalare accuratamente tutte le attività di assistenza in linea con le policy aziendali;Guidare e supportare i tecnici junior in loco, ove necessario;Gestire le aspettative dei clienti e comunicare in modo efficace nelle situazioni di assistenza;Contribuire in modo proattivo alla condivisione delle conoscenze, alla formazione e alle iniziative di miglioramento continuo;Garantire la conformità alle politiche in materia di sicurezza, qualità, ambiente e gestione dei dati.Mandatory skills:Diploma tecnico indirizzo elettrico/elettronico/meccatronico;Abilità di lettura e comprensione di schemi elettrici;Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo;Competenza nellalingua inglese;Disponibilità a viaggiare nel Veneto.Location:Padova.#J-18808-Ljbffr
