We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionEnfinity is looking for an engineer that will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the identification, design, development, construction, and commissioning of the grid infrastructure (transmission line and electrical substation) necessary to connect PV and BESS projects. The role requires liaising with Transmission and Distribution System Operators, external engineering companies, development partners, and other company departments (legal, business, technical development, construction, and operations).The ideal candidate tracks the status and progress of multiple projects efficiently, reports to management, evaluates risks, proposes mitigation measures and technical improvements, manages resources, allocates activities, resolves conflicts, communicates effectively, and demonstrates strong project management skills to handle several small and large projects simultaneously in cooperation with teams based in Italy and Spain.Key responsibilitiesAssessment of grid connection solutions (high and medium voltage) for large-scale renewable plants to the national grid, including grid reinforcements, construction of new HV stations or reinforcement of existing ones, overhead and underground transmission lines.Identification of the best solution (economical and technical) per each project according to schedule and feasibility.Coordination of internal and external stakeholders, including independent engineering consultants, for the preparation of engineering and feasibility studies.Interaction with external stakeholders to discuss technical solutions and define connection agreements.Cost analysis and budget control for the execution of electrical works.Overall project management and collaboration with other company departments.Follow projects until RtB, handover and support to the construction team during the realization of the interconnection works.RequirementsDegree in Electric or Mechanical Engineering.At least 3 years of experience in the energy sector, with strong knowledge of HV and MV electrical substations and electromechanical background.Knowledge of the Italian Grid Code and the technical requirements needed to connect large-scale renewable plants to the national grid.Ability to perform detailed critical reviews of technical documentation.Fluent in Italian and English, both verbal and written; Spanish would be a plus.Proactive, self-motivated, result-oriented, able to work without supervision.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Multitasking and ability to work according to priorities.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Flexibility, interdisciplinary teamwork skills and willingness to travel when needed.Advanced experience with Microsoft Office package.In the Enfinity Global groupWe foster your professional and personal growth and give you the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change.Visit to discover more about our culture and values.Let’s build our future together.BenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusTickets RestaurantSeniority levelMid-senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionIT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
