Cosa farai (davvero) Come Talent Manager seguirai da vicino un portafoglio di talent, accompagnandoli nella crescita creativa e commerciale. Nel concreto ti occuperai di: gestione quotidiana del rapporto con i talent (strategie, scelte, priorità) supporto al posizionamento editoriale e alla crescita sui social sviluppo e coordinamento di progetti e campagne con brand e agenzie dialogo costante con team commerciale e creativo proposta di idee, format e opportunità di collaborazione monitoraggio delle performance, lettura dei risultati e presidio trend È un ruolo operativo, a metà tra relazione, strategia e business. Chi cerchiamo Una persona smart, concreta e responsabile, che voglia crescere nel talent management della creator economy. Ci riconosciamo se hai: 1–5 anni di esperienza in talent management, influencer marketing o agenzie creative familiarità reale con creator, social e dinamiche digitali capacità di gestire relazioni complesse (talent, brand, team) attitudine commerciale e spirito propositivo autonomia, ordine mentale e problem solving buona comunicazione (italiano fluido, inglese funzionale) disponibilità a brevi trasferte Valutiamo sia profili junior–mid ad alto potenziale, sia profili più strutturati se molto allineati.
