Descrizione del lavoro The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of large or complex projects from sales order acknowledgement through final customer acceptance and is the point of contact for customers. Combinando a un'idea di leadership che pone al centro le persone, strategie operative miratee una crescita basata suobiettivi, Barry-Wehmiller è diventata un’azienda da $ 3 miliardi con quasi 12.000 dipendentiuniti da uno scopocomune:usare la forza del business per costruire un mondo migliore.Essential FunctionsProject Planning & ExecutionDefine project scope, goals, risks, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure alignment across departments.Track, analyse, and regularly report on the project budget.Prepare, schedule, and lead MCR sessions and follow through on the MCR throughout the life of the project including but not limited to team requirements, third party services, parts, onsite communication plans, safety, service kick-off, SAT’s, customer wrap-up meetings, and open issues communication plans.Oversee timely invoicing per contract terms.Team LeadershipCoordinate cross-functional teams and run project update meetings.Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Provide regular updates and manage expectations regarding timelines, changes, and deliverables.Risk & Change ManagementIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Lead project risk burndown kick-offs and facilitate follow-up meetings.Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation and approval.Quality & ComplianceTrack and ensure completion of deliverables.Ensure all machinery projects meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.Support factory acceptance tests (FAT).Oversee post shipment start-up and site acceptance test (SAT) to ensure customer needs are clearly understood and acknowledged.May lead functional teams or projects; coach, delegate, and review work of less experienced team members.Perform other duties as assigned.Education & ExperienceA Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degreeAt least 5 years project management experience in machinery or industrial equipment manufacturingKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesStrong understanding of OEM processes, supply chain, and production workflows.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Formal project management training or certification is strongly preferred.Proficiency in project management techniques and tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.Ability to travel up to 10-15%.Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.Company Paper Converting Machine CompanySeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Project Management and Information TechnologyIndustries Machinery ManufacturingEEO Statement Alla Barry- Wehmiller selezioniamo persone con esperienze e talenti che vanno al di là delle pure competenze tecniche.
