You will be fully aligned to the company revenue strategy, acting as a focal point to illustrate and propose services and products offered onboard to meet the different needs of guests. You will scout potential customers using a push and pull strategy and directly sell products and services or guide guests towards different business owners to support and increase their performance. You will understand the guest mix, the complete onboard offer, and use suitable storytelling to help guests discover the onboard offer, creating a desire to experience something new and increasing their spending willingness. Getting Things Right: You will present at various touch points around the ship, boosting onboard revenue through cross-selling and upselling techniques. Safety First: As a company values ambassador, you will fully represent the company culture and W.I.D.E.R. traits. What makes you unique: You have obtained aSecondary school diploma or degreein tourism or languages. You have at least1 year of experience in Retail/Saleswithgood interpersonal skills . You have a good command ofEnglish and Italian(at least C1 level) plus an additional European language withinFrench or Germanat B2 level. You possess time management and planning skills, internal customer orientation, good communication skills, and stakeholder management.
