Role Summary Per il team Deal Advisory, M&A Tax della sede di Milano ricerchiamo un professionista che si occuperà di attività legate a operazioni societarie di carattere straordinario, in particolare: Attività di tax due diligence su operazioni di gestione straordinaria (fusioni, scissioni, acquisizioni, conferimenti, etc.); Operazioni di riorganizzazione societaria; Analisi del trattamento contabile di operazioni di gestione straordinaria secondo i principi contabili nazionali (OIC) e internazionali (IAS/IFRS); Pareristica in materia di fiscalità d'impresa domestica ed internazionale; Predisposizione di Dichiarazioni dei redditi di società di capitali (Modello Unico e Modello IRAP). Qualifications/Requirements Laurea Magistrale in Economia o Giurisprudenza con votazione superiore a 100/110; Esperienza professionale di 2-6 anni nel ruolo presso primari studi internazionali, Big Four e/o società di consulenza; Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese scritta e parlata; Ottime capacità relazionali e di team working anche con colleghi stranieri; Buone capacità organizzative, spirito d'iniziativa e capacità di problem solving; Flessibilità e dinamicità.
