TMC Italia is looking for an Automation Specialist with solid experience in PLC programming for automatic machines, to be involved in a highly technological project in the pharma sector.About This VacancyThe resource will be responsible for the development of automation software and support for plant commissioning, fully respecting the regulatory standards typical of the sector.Your Role Will Be Developing and configuring PLC software for automatic machines intended for the pharmaceutical industry; Designing the control architecture in collaboration with mechanical and electrical teams; Integrating HMI and SCADA systems for plant supervision; Participating in functional testing on-site and commissioning at the customer’s facility; Ensuring compliance with industry standards (GMP, GAMP5, FDA); Collaborating with validation and quality teams to draft technical documentation. What We Expect From You Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics or equivalent background; Previous experience in PLC programming on automatic machines, preferably in the pharmaceutical field; Excellent knowledge of Siemens environments (TIA Portal, Step 7) – knowledge of Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Studio 5000) is also appreciated; Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations (GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11); Good teamwork skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving capability; Good knowledge of English language.
