Overview GRS Ventures Ltd, founded in 2025 in London, is an AI-powered venture builder aimed at accelerating startup success by 60% through data-driven validation, strategic consulting, and full lifecycle venture development. Focused on transforming early-stage ideas into market-ready companies, GRS leverages innovative technologies like AI-based consumer behavior analysis and market intelligence.Role Description You will act as Founder & CEO (or Co-Founder) of the new startup, with full ownership of vision and execution, supported by our studio team with the structure, tools, and execution power to turn your vision into a venture-ready company. In this role, you will lead all aspects of launching and scaling innovative ventures, from ideation and market research to business model development and strategic implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders, establish partnerships, and drive business operations while ensuring strong growth and market presence. The role demands hands-on leadership and active contributions to strategic vision, sales initiatives, and team building.We are looking for builders, not just idea generators.Have strong domain expertise or first-hand experience with the problem they want to solveAre execution-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and accountable for resultsHave prior experience in startups, scale-ups, consulting, product, tech, or operationsCan commit full-time (or near full-time during the build phase)Are motivated by ownership, long-term value creation, and asymmetric upsideTechnical and non-technical founders are both welcome. Prior fundraising experience is a plus, not a requirement.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and Research experience to identify market opportunities and validate business modelsExcellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with partners, team members, and external stakeholdersProficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and customer acquisitionAbility to work independently in a remote environment and manage cross-functional teamsProven leadership in business development or venture creationDeep understanding of startup ecosystems, venture capital, and technology trendsA degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is advantageousWhat we offerCo-Founding PartnershipYou become Founder / Co-Founder of a new company built within GRS VenturesSignificant equity ownership from day one (structure defined case by case, typically founder-friendly)Capital & InfrastructurePre-seed capital or structured financial support during the build phase up to €200.000 SAFEAccess to GRS Ventures’ internal team (strategy, product, marketing, data, AI)Legal, finance, and company setup supportAI-powered market validation and customer insight toolsFaster MVP and go-to-market executionProven venture-building frameworks to avoid common early-stage mistakesLong-Term UpsideSupport through fundraising (pre-seed / seed)Possibility to scale the venture independently or remain closely integrated with the studioOpportunity to build multiple ventures over time within the studio ecosystem.#J-18808-Ljbffr
