Questa figura avrà il ruolo cruciale di supportare e migliorare le performance dei nostri punti vendita, garantendo un servizio eccellente ai clienti e promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e collaborativo. Crediamo molto nell'importanza di questo ruolo che avrà lo scopo, tra le altre cose, di promuovere una formazione degli addetti ai punti vendita a 360°.Competenze richieste· Laurea in Farmacia, Chimica e Tecnologia Farmaceutiche, Biotecnologie, Scienze Biologiche o titoli equivalenti· Esperienza pregressa nel settore nutraceutico e medical device (si valutano anche candidature di neolaureati o profili senza esperienza specifica)· Ottime competenze in comunicazione e relazioni interpersonali· Conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti nutraceutici e medical device· Capacità di lavorare in un contesto dinamico e di gestire le sfide quotidianeResponsabilità principali· Supportare i punti vendita nella formazione e sviluppo del personale· Garantire l'eccellenza del servizio clienti nelle farmacie ESI· Monitorare le performance dei punti vendita e implementare strategie di miglioramento· Formazione_consulenza e informazione presso la classe degli specialisti del settore ( HCP)· Collaborare con il team per promuovere un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e collaborativo· Mantenere aggiornato il personale sulle novità e procedure aziendaliBenefici· Opportunità di crescita professionale e sviluppo delle competenze· Supporto continuo da parte del team ESI· Ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e orientato al benessere dei dipendenti· Programmi di formazione e aggiornamento costanti· Pacchetto retributivo competitivoUnisciti a noi e fai la differenza nel mondo nutraceutico e medical device con ESILa figura si occuperà delle seguenti province : Roma Nord.
