The work environment is dynamic and internationally oriented, with a culture that fosters initiative and personal development.As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management and organization of warehouse operations in Italy. You will play a key role in ensuring an efficient, safe, and structured logistics operation during this six-month temporary assignment.You will also be responsible for:Managing and supervising warehouse staff.Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods flows.Monitoring planning, quality, and safety within the warehouse.Serving as the point of contact for the Italian location and internal stakeholders.Identifying and implementing improvements in processes and working methods.Ensuring the correct administrative handling of warehouse activities.Job RequirementsYou have at least a vocational (MBO+/HBO) work and thinking level.You have demonstrable experience in a managerial position within a warehouse or logistics environment.You have a reasonable command of the Italian language (spoken).You work independently, are organizationally strong, and solution-oriented.Employment ConditionsA competitive salary, commensurate with experience and responsibilities.A temporary position within an international and dynamic work environment.This role offers significant independence and responsibility.Working within an informal organization with short communication lines and a professional culture.
