Siamo alla ricerca di un Contract Manager per supportare le necessità di importanti commesse infrastrutturali site in Austria. La figura che sarà inserita a riporto del Project Manager e in stretta collaborazione con l'Ufficio Legale di sede si occuperà di:• Revisione del contratto;• Notifica di reclami;• Redazione e Gestione dei Reclami in collaborazione con l’Ufficio Legale;• Analisi dei dati di contabilità e cronogramma lavori da utilizzare al fine di garantire il rispetto del contratto;• Predisposizione riserve;• Gestione contenziosi. Requisiti: Il candidato ideale possiede le seguenti caratteristiche:• Laurea in Ingegneria Civile o discipline affini;• Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 3 anni;• Ottima conoscenza dei contratti FIDIC;• Precedenti esperienze lavorative all’estero, possibilmente in Europa;• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente della lingua tedesca. Completano il profilo: • Disponibilità a lavorare per periodi prolungati all’estero;• Precisione;• Buone capacità di Problem Solving;• Ottime capacità relazionali. Reporting to the Project Manager and in close collaboration with the Legal Department of the office, the Contract Manager will deal with:• Revision of the contract;• Notification of complaints;• Complaints drafting and management in collaboration with the Legal Department;• Analysis of accounting data and work schedule to be used in order to ensure compliance with the contract;• Preparation of reserves;• Dispute management. Requirements: The ideal candidate possesses the following characteristics:• Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines;• Previous experience in the role of at least 3 years;• Excellent knowledge of FIDIC contracts;• Previous work experience abroad, possibly in Europe;• Good knowledge of the English language and preferibily of the German language. Soft Skills: • Willingness to work for long periods abroad;• Accuracy;• Good problem solving skills;• Excellent communication skills. The research is aimed at both sexes pursuant to L.903 / 77 and L.125 / 91.Indicate on the curriculum the authorization to process personal data pursuant to European Regulation 2016/679.
