Overview Workday is looking for a Principal Engagement Manager, Deployment Review with strong HCM or Financials expertise to join our growing Deployment Success Management team, part of the larger Workday Success Plan (WSP) organisation. In this role, you are considered an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology, leading / managing mid to large deployments and resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways. ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate proficiency in the Workday HCM and / or Financials product suite Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams Provide guidance to partner and client resources during customer concerns Ability to juggle multiple projects and issues simultaneously Review and assess projects to ensure they are on schedule per the defined project timeline Confirm the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW Be a liaison for sales and partner relations by providing partner implementation success dataAbout You / Basic Qualifications8+ years of experience in project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, and / or state and local governments 8+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications Fluency in English along with proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, French, Italian or SpanishOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
