To support this evolution we seek a dedicated professional with advanced legislative drafting skills, policy development expertise, and a strong institutional network. This role is essential to ensure the company's responsiveness and proactivity in achieving strategic policy goals.Role PurposeThis fixed term/maternity cover position will support J&J's innovative medicine business by building and managing trusted relationships with institutional stakeholders and national think tanks.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a proactive framework to support business interests by shaping legislation, policies, and regulations at the state level.Represent the company with government officials and stakeholder organizations.Cultivate and maintain relationships with policymakers and regulators to advance favorable policy initiatives.Establish alliances with industry associations and relevant groups to influence legislative and regulatory agendas.Build partnerships with external organizations, including trade associations and coalitions, to gather early intelligence on emerging policy issues.Serve as an early warning system for internal stakeholders on important policy trends.Collaborate with internal government affairs teams to identify issues and develop strategies to influence legislation and policy.Support the company's social responsibility initiatives within the regulated products sector.Engage with external partners to amplify CSR efforts and stakeholder engagement.Develop advocacy strategies to support the company's interests at the institutional level.Enhance monitoring and reporting processes to identify and respond to emerging issues.Create and execute a government relations engagement plan, including leadership team involvement.RequirementsProven experience in legislative drafting.University degree (preferably in law, political science, or economics).Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory).Strong relationship-building skills.Location : The company is based in Milan; the role is based in Rome.Required Experience : ManagerEmployment Type : Full-TimeVacancy : 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
