Esta es tu oportunidad, ven, píntate de azul y acompáñanos en esta aventura llamada Sangre Tigo.Función PrincipalAsegurar la disponibilidad, accesibilidad e integridad de la infraestructura física y virtual del área, garantizando su correcto funcionamiento y continuidad operativa.ResponsabilidadesEjecutar rutinas de mantenimiento y operación de las diferentes plataformas soportadas dentro del área.Atender eventos e incidentes relacionados con fallas en los servicios o infraestructura.Realizar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y proactivo en las distintas plataformas.Monitorear la infraestructura y dar solución a problemas en los servicios.Brindar soporte remoto y presencial a las plataformas y servicios mediante VPN.Administrar y mantener el parchado de los sistemas operativos.Revisar la documentación de nuevas soluciones entregadas al área para soporte.Crear y diseñar alertas y rutinas de mantenimiento automatizadas.Administrar plataformas críticas del negocio, garantizando su estabilidad.Administrar y mantener los backups de los sistemas y plataformas.RequisitosUniversidad completa en Ingeniería en Sistemas o Informática.Experiencia mínimo de 1 año en funciones relacionadas con soporte o administración de infraestructura.Disponibilidad de horario de lunes a domingo para atención de turnos o incidencias.Conocimientos TécnicosSistemas Operativos : Unix, Linux y Windows.Almacenamiento : SAN / NAS (EMC / Hitachi).Virtualización : VMware, OpenStack.Automatización : Windows, Ansible.Conocimientos EspecíficosAdministración y mantenimiento de infraestructura física y virtual.Ejecución de rutinas de mantenimiento y monitoreo de servicios.Manejo y solución de incidentes de infraestructura.Competencias y HabilidadesOrientación al cliente.Comunicación asertiva.Resolución de problemas.Aprendizaje continuo.Millicom | Tigo se enorgullece de ser un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades de empleo y está comprometido con una fuerza laboral diversa y una política de no discriminación en todos los aspectos del empleo.
