This role leads the strategic vision and execution of talent acquisition for a fast-growing SaaS organization. You will design scalable hiring strategies, partner with executives and business leaders, and build a high-performing recruitment function that supports rapid growth while maintaining a high standard of talent quality and cultural fit.
