Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Req ID: Human Resources Business Partner – Services HR ItalyWithin the Services HR organization and reporting to ServicesHR ITALY, the Human Resources Business Partner will be in charge of the following responsibilities:Understand and prioritize business needs and translate them into HR actionsBe responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, managing complex issues within area of expertise, and contribute to the overall strategyServe as HR Business partner for assigned population in a multisite context.Manage HR processes within HR as required/assigned.Ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations.Exercise good judgment and decision-making in the best interest of maintaining amenable labor-management relations.Investigate employee relation matters and recommend appropriate actions.Ensure full compliance with ALSTOM EHS policy.Actively coach managers in people management practices.Manage HR programs/practices to complement the achievement of long-term strategic business objectives.Monitor and administer performance management programs and corrective actions.Ensure adherence and administration of all HR policies, procedures, guidelines and operating and measurement systems.Monitor, participate in and drive workforce planning and recruitment activities.Minimum qualificationsMinimum qualifications for this role:3-5 years of experience in Human Resources as HR Specialist or HR ManagerAble to work in an international and multicultural environmentAbility to properly handle confidential and sensitive informationKnowledge of national and local contractsFlexible, open minded, fair, and balanced judgmentStrong interpersonal and leadership skills.Resilient and able to deliver in a demanding and changing environment being able to take decisions quickly under pressureBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Law, Economics, etc.)Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong planning and organizational skillsFluent in English and ItalianRequired frequent mobility between sites (60%)Good command of HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Office 365 suite, etc.)Job detailsThe resource could be based on one of our main site (Sesto San Giovanni-MI; Nola-NA; Rome; Savigliano-CN) and available to 60% of the time in business trip.You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
