Leader nel settore alberghiero con diverse strutture in Abruzzo, siamo alla ricerca di un Amministratore Delegato che verrà inserito / a a capo della holding all'inizio del nuovo mandato del Cd A.Il nuovo AD dovrà assicurare, con il supporto del team amministrativo, l’equilibrio finanziario e la continuità aziendale dell’impresa.ResponsabilitàCoordinare le funzioni della holding (finance, HR, Sales e Marketing ecc) e i Direttori degli hotel;Garantire la preservazione del patrimonio netto sociale in coerenza con le politiche distributive;Assicurare, con il supporto dei consulenti di finanza straordinaria e pianificazione strategica, la release annuale del piano industriale garantendone la coerenza con le fonti ordinarie e straordinarie di approvvigionamento finanziario.Assicurare, con il supporto del tesoriere, il rispetto dei termini di pagamento convenuti dai responsabili dei centri di costo con i fornitori.Garantire la fluidità e l’armonia delle relazioni funzionali fra i centri di costo interni, nonché con e tra i fornitori di servizi agli ospiti in appalto.QualificheEsperienza di oltre 15 anni nel settore hospitality;Capacità di analisi organizzativa in termini di processi e flussi;Familiarità nel budgeting, controllo di gestione, pianificazione finanziaria e spiccate doti commerciali;Conoscenza di sistemi IT di gestione dell’accoglienza, dello space management (alloggi), dell’inventario beni (consumables);Fluente in inglese (altre conoscenze linguistiche costituiscono un plus)Società di ricerca e selezione del personale accreditata presso Min.#J-18808-Ljbffr
