This is an exciting time of transformational change offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our workforce as part of the fast‑paced team.In This Role, You WillPlan, execute, and develop yearly recruitment plans for assigned departmentsCampaign support : Manage volume recruitment for Cabin Crew both locally and globallyStrategic sourcing : collaborate to choose the best recruitment channels such as IVN, job boards, LinkedIn etc and leverage technology to identify top candidatesSelection expertise : recommend and implement effective recruitment methodologies (e.g. assessment centres) and guide hiring managers in making informed decisionsRelationship building : maintain professional relationships both internally and externally including candidates ensuring a experience and adherence to best practicesMarket insight : provide regional expertise on market trends and employment practices to promote Emirates as an employer of choiceContinuous improvement : offer insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment performance and efficiencyCommunity engagement : engage with hospitality schools and represent Emirates at career eventsAgency management : oversee recruitment agencies to ensure they uphold Emirates Group’s standards and brand imageAdministrative support : handle all recruitment related administrative tasks efficientlyQualifications12 years schooling or equivalent5 years of recruitment experience in‑house or agency recruiter or 2 years of recruitment experience in‑house or agency or 2 years as Cabin CrewYou’ll Have an Edge If You HaveDesirable CIPD or any other HR professional certificationMust be able to travel to cover recruitment campaignsExperience with various selection processes such as digital assessments, video interviewing, telephone interviewing, reference checksAbility to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency frameworkAbility to organise skills assessment centres, in‑tray activities, work samples, presentation topicsAbility to formulate and maintain strategic relationships with local partnership organisations (ie hospitality schools and recruitment agencies)In depth understanding for regional best practice and recruitment trends within the chosen region with demonstrable experience for driving performance improvementDemonstrable experience of using dashboard tools to monitor key recruitment metrics enabling informed decision making and timely adjustments to strategiesKeen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all processesFamiliarity with HR databases ATS systems and CMS systemsExcellent communication skills written and verbal and fluent in English – additional languages are desirableSalary & Benefits : Join us in Dubai and enjoy an attractive tax‑free salary and travel benefits that are exclusive to our industry, including discounts on flights and hotel stays worldwide.
