Together, we take ownership for what we do — whether supporting IT infrastructure, developing new technology in‑house, launching a new Amazon Operations facility, or delighting our customers by delivering packages directly to them.About the RoleAs an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographical area that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. You will be encouraged to participate in career development opportunities as presented to progress your career at Amazon.Key ResponsibilitiesAllocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.Handle support requests and procedures across the network.Assist in training new hires.Continuously learn new technologies.Support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.Move up to 49 lbs and stand, walk, or shift for up to 12 hours per day.Travel within local or regional area to support our customers.Basic Qualifications1+ years of corporate settings Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems support experience.Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.Preferred QualificationsCompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware installation, AWS, or other industry‑relevant certifications.Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
