Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute efficient personnel management plans Keep consultants utilization at a high level to meet annual objectives Improve the skills of our Professional Services consultants Maintain and increase the technical certification of the consultants on the team Maintaining a good relationship with all customers Strive to continuously improve our current service offerings Help develop additional service offerings to enhance our value Manage customer escalationsAlways strive to improve the project delivery process and reporting structure Have 1:1 meetings with your consultants Identify challenges, current and future needs with skills, promotion, and role changes> Be a key player by sharing your opinion and thoughts on management discussions Be proactive and innovative Help with consultant recruitment and hiriQualificationsExperience in managing a team of technical consultants or engineers Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills Good resource planning skills Excellent leadership and customer service skills Strong teamwork skills and attention to details Experience with Check Point products is preferred Bachelor’s degree is a plus Good experience using standard business applications and software Ability to manage conflicts and have better decision-making skills Capacity to train team members Excellent verbal and communication skillsDon't meet every requirement?
