Industrial Project Manager At AD Energy Recruitment, we partner with global leaders in renewable energy, biogas, waste-to-value and industrial plant construction. We are currently supporting a major organisation in their search for an Industrial Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex industrial plant projects across the clean-energy sector.This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering background, proven leadership capabilities, and a track record of managing full-lifecycle industrial plant projects.Mission To own and manage assigned projects end-to-end—ensuring delivery meets commercial targets, timeline commitments, safety standards, and customer satisfaction.Key GoalsDeliver projects within or ahead of budgetMaintain or improve scheduled timelinesAchieve high levels of client satisfactionProduce accurate reporting and documentation within agreed timeframesIdentify risks early and implement effective mitigationIdentify opportunities to improve project revenues and gross profitRole Responsibilities The Industrial Project Manager will :Review and understand contractual obligations, ensuring full compliance throughout project executionIdentify project risks early and implement corresponding countermeasuresLead communication and relationships with customers, including correspondence, meetings, and minor contractual changesManage subcontractors, suppliers, and all purchasing activitiesLead internal and external project resources, ensuring alignment, prioritisation, and timely deliveryProvide clear organisation, leadership, and motivation to the project teamMaintain strong communication and coordination across all project stakeholdersDeliver all reporting requirements accurately and on scheduleDevelop and update the overall project schedule on an ongoing basisSupport pre‑sales activities, including contract negotiations and schedule developmentExecute additional tasks related to the project as assigned by senior leadershipAuthority The Project Manager will have authority to :Sign project correspondence with customers and vendorsApprove purchase orders within delegated authorityApprove labour and travel budgets related to assigned projectsSafety & Quality Safety is a top priority. The Project Manager is expected to :Ensure full compliance with company and project-specific safety policiesPromote safe working practices across design, construction, commissioning, and start‑up phasesEnsure all project data, reporting, and deadlines are accurate and reliableRequirements EducationCivil EngineeringMechanical EngineeringElectrical EngineeringChemical EngineeringExperienceSignificant experience as a Project Manager within the industrial plant sectorProven track record delivering complex mechanical / electrical / industrial installationsTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of contract management for complex plant supplySkilled in customer relationship managementExperience leading project teams and coordinating diverse stakeholdersStrong project scheduling and administration capabilitiesFamiliarity with procurement and purchasing activitiesFluency in English; fluency in the local language of operationDesirableExperience in the biogas / RNG / waste-to-value sector#J-18808-Ljbffr
