Join to apply for the System Engineer - (Defense) role at TMC2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsWe are looking for a System Engineer with a degree in Electronic Engineering to join our team in Rome for an opportunity in the defense field.About This VacancyThe resource will contribute to the activities of analysis, design, and requirements management in complex contexts, with a Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) approach, participating in significant projects in the aerospace and defense sectors.You Will Be Responsible ForDefinition, analysis, and management of system requirements according to the MIL-STD-498 standard.Modeling and design of complex systems with a Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) approach.Using key MBSE tools for requirements definition, traceability, and verification:IBM Rational RhapsodyIBM DOORSIBM Rational Team Concert (RTC)IBM RPESupporting system integration, verification, and validation activities.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in systems engineering and project management.What We Expect From YouDegree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar fields (essential requirement).Italian native speaker with good knowledge of English (written and spoken).Experience in the application of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE).Good knowledge of MBSE tools: IBM Rational Rhapsody, DOORS, RTC, RPE.Knowledge of the MIL-STD-498 standard.Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and openness to working in multidisciplinary teams.At least 1 year of prior experience in the defense sector.What You Can Expect From UsTMC is an international high‑tech consultancy company that provides expertise to its clients to support them in achieving their technological challenges.
