Nous Srl is expanding and is looking for a Sales Manager to join the team and support the company’s next phase of commercial growth.Role overviewThe Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing commercial strategies, and managing key customer relationships within the food ingredients and nutraceuticals sector. The role is central to expanding Nous Srl’s presence across European and international markets.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive business growthManage and expand key accounts and strategic customer relationshipsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in food ingredients and nutraceuticalsCollaborate with internal teams to align commercial activities with product and operational capabilitiesMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapeRepresent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and meetings5–10 years of experience in the food ingredients and nutraceuticals sector, preferably in a European or international contextProven track record in B2B sales and business developmentStrong understanding of ingredient markets and customer decision processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple commercial prioritiesGross annual salary (RAL): €40,000–€50,000Equity Stock Option Plan (ESOP) participationOpportunity to play a key commercial role in a fast-growing companyCompany car or mileage reimbursementDirect impact on the company’s commercial growth strategyExposure to international markets and innovative ingredient solutionsLong-term growth opportunities in an entrepreneurial environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
