Greentalent, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Energy, Engineering e Environment, per azienda leader nella progettazione, realizzazione e gestione di impianti operante nel settore del biometano, ricerca un/a: Il/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato un’esperienza significativa nella vendita di servizi tecnici e/o tecnologie relative alla filiera del biogas/biometano. Saranno valutati positivamente anche candidati provenienti da settori affini, quali cogenerazione e depurazione delle acque. La figura ricercata contribuirà attivamente allo sviluppo commerciale dell’azienda nel mercato italiano. Inserita all’interno del team Service, si occuperà della vendita di prodotti tecnici e di Service. Principali responsabilità Mantenimento e valorizzazione del portafoglio clienti esistente; Sviluppo di nuove opportunità e ricerca di clienti prospect sul mercato italiano; Valutazione della profittabilità economica e dell’allineamento alla strategia aziendale delle opportunità individuate; Definizione e negoziazione dell’offerta tecnico-economica; Analisi dei trend di mercato al fine di contribuire alla definizione della strategia di sviluppo commerciale; Laurea in Ingegneria e/o Discipline Tecniche; Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi; Conoscenza puntuale e approfondita del mercato italiano del biogas/biometano; Eccellenti capacità negoziali; Spiccata attitudine alla vendita, proattività, autonomia e orientamento al risultato; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Disponibilità a viaggiare.
