Talent Solutions , part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence , is currently recruiting for a DATA PRIVACY SPECIALIST The Global Compliance Department is a trusted partner in promoting and supporting an ethical work environment and a culture of compliance with the ultimate aim to pursue the Group’s mission and protect its reputation. The Global Compliance Department pursues its mission through designing Compliance Programs and facilitating their implementation and oversight, through education, advice and monitoring, thereby enabling a risk-informed decision making and supporting employees to make the right decisions, also from a data privacy perspective. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a member of the Corporate and Italy Compliance & Data Privacy team, the candidate will contribute in the design and implementation of Privacy Compliance Programs of the Group Divisions (Pharma, Diagnostics and Oncology). In detail, he/she will support Corporate and Italy Data Privacy Manager in: Reviewing contracts and other related documents to satisfy privacy compliance obligations, ethical compliance provisions and self-regulation (Trade Association Codes) for all Italian Entities and extra EU entities Managing of compliance projects, including reporting, presentations, analysis and status update related to any compliance initiative and project for the Management Drafting and reviewing Policies, SOPs, privacy papers and other related documents in alignment with internal requirements and external relevant regulations Designing, developing and delivering compliance training modules Monitoring and controls over privacy compliance instructions JOB REQUIREMENTS Master’s degree in Law with further studies and/or specialization or certifications in Data Privacy/Compliance with Business Ethics; Fluent written and spoken English and Italian are mandatory Previous work experience in Data Privacy and in the Lifescience sector Very well organized, objective oriented, time and priority management High integrity and confidentiality Proactive, flexible and easy to adapt to changing priorities Team player Presentation skills and familiarity with the most common Office IT applications Law Degree; previous experience in Data Privacy in the Lifescience sector; Fluency in English
