Overview Ready for a career where every day is a step towards a greener planet? The O&M Supervisor will join the Operation function in Italy and will work closely with the local O&M Manager to ensure that all O&M guidelines are effectively implemented across our renewable plants. Based in Tuscany, the O&M Supervisor will supervise maintenance activities, coordinate subcontractors, carry out technical assessments, and oversee the onboarding of renewable plants into the Operations function. Responsibilities Supervise preventive, corrective, predictive, and conditional maintenance activities. Perform onsite testing (including IV Curve, Meggering, Thermal Camera inspections, EL tests) and track plant performance through remote monitoring tools. Support business cases for technical investments, manage spare parts and suppliers. Ensure full compliance with HSE procedures in alignment with Sonnedix policies. Coordinate subcontractors and external partners effectively. Qualifications Experience using or developing digital tools or workflows to improve efficiency, innovation and productivity. Strong background in renewable plant maintenance, including hands‑on experience with onsite testing methods (Meggering, IV Curve, Thermal camera checks, EL tests). Proven ability to manage HSE procedures, including development of LOTO protocols to minimise hazardous energy risks. Proficiency with SCADA systems and understanding of renewable plant communication protocols. Strong organisational and communication skills.
