Overview In this role you drive organizational health and employee experience for assigned sites, working closely with field and site leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans. You will push for a safe, inclusive culture and use data-driven decision making to improve engagement and performance. You’ll lead end-to-end employee experience initiatives, from feedback loops to recognition programs, while partnering with campus leaders to scale impact. This position is onsite across multiple Amazon facilities within your region and offers opportunities to shape workplace culture at scale.
