Siamo alla ricerca di uno/a ADDETTO/A ALLE VENDITE per un part-time da inserire nel team del nostro punto vendita di Genova Se hai voglia di crescere in un ambiente dinamico e orientato al futuro, questa è l'opportunità che fa per te Sede: Genova, Via XX Settembre. n.17/19/21 Durata: 3 mesi | Ore: 20 ore settimanali su turni Cosa farai ogni giorno: Accoglierai ogni cliente con il sorriso e lo guiderai nella scoperta delle nostre collezioni, creando un’esperienza di acquisto coinvolgente e personalizzata; Sarai Brand Ambassador, rappresentando i valori e l’immagine del brand, trasmettendo l’autenticità e l’eccellenza del brand ad ogni cliente che entra nel nostro punto vendita; Contribuirai al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita individuali e di team; Curerai l’allestimento del punto vendita seguendo le linee guida di Visual Merchandising; Assieme al Team, garantirai il mantenimento dell’ordine e degli spazi vendita e del magazzino; Ti occuperai delle attività di cassa e di back office, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali; Utilizzerai i KPI di performance come strumento di miglioramento continuo Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili nel Retail Fashion o analoghi (almeno 1 anno); Ti appassiona la vendita assistita e sei naturalmente predisposta/o alla relazione con il cliente; Sei energica/o, flessibile e pronta/o a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e festivi; Hai una forte motivazione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi; Ti piace lavorare in team e condividere successi; Comunichi in modo efficace e professionale; Conoscenza base della lingua inglese (preferenziale).
