Four Corners, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Fashion, Luxury e Lifestyle, per realtà del settore Beauty ricerca:La risorsa, riportando al General Manager, avrà la responsabilità di guidare e sviluppare l'ecosistema digitale globale sui canali di vendita online, definendone la strategia marketing e di business.Principali attività:Definire ed implementare la strategia e-commerce globale, garantendo l’allineamento con gli obiettivi aziendali e massimizzando le performance di vendita online;Identificare opportunità di mercato e tecnologie per migliorare la presenza digitale del Brand;Ottimizzare la customer experience attraverso soluzioni innovative in un approccio di continuous improvement;Gestire il budget di performance media;Interfacciarsi costantemente con le funzioni Marketing, Sales, IT al fine di ottimizzare la piattaforma e-commerce;Monitorare KPI quali traffico, valore medio del carrello, conversion rate e customer retention al fine di individuare azioni migliorative;Formare e supportare il servizio di Customer Service su procedure esistenti e nuove iniziative;Integrare strumenti di omnicanalità per creare un'esperienza di shopping consistente tra retail fisico e canali digitali;Gestire il team a riporto, contribuendo alla crescita delle risorse.Pregressa esperienza di 10+ anni in ruoli analoghi fortemente dinamici e sviluppati sul canale e-commerce;Capacità di problem solving, analisi, attenzione al dettaglio;Eccellenti capacità di leadership e gestione del team;Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Sede di lavoro : MilanoGli interessati ambosessi (L. 903/77) possono inoltrare il proprio CV dando l’autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali, ai sensi 03 AUT.
