Quality Manager – Direct HireMead, CO | $30–$40/hr DOE | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMOverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on Quality Manager to lead and elevate our quality operations. If you’re passionate about precision, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, this role gives you the chance to directly impact product quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment.What You’ll DoConduct first-article, in-process, and final inspections using proper measurement techniquesProgram and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to validate product qualityReview material and outside processing certifications for complianceMaintain accurate quality documentation, including AS9102 forms, calibration logs, and nonconformance recordsLead, train, and mentor quality inspectors, while guiding operators and production staffSupport and manage the Quality Management System (QMS), including corrective actions and improvement initiativesTroubleshoot quality issues and implement timely solutions, ensuring a safe work environmentWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred3–5 years in quality, manufacturing, or a technical roleExperience with quality inspection techniques, CMM operation, and quality documentationStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsComfortable working safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environmentBonus: Experience in a CNC machine shop or aerospace companyWhy You’ll Love It HereCompetitive pay ($30–$40/hr DOE) with room to growMonday–Friday schedule with consistent hoursHands-on leadership role with the ability to shape the quality functionDirect impact on product quality and customer satisfactionReady to take your quality career to the next level?
